Continuing the collaboration with the Swiss innovation ecosystem: a new event in Zurich
Startups from Innovation Center meet Swiss entrepreneurs, investors and institutions
On February 6th, "From startup to scale-up: Italian success stories" took place in Zurich. The networking event was organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, Ice-Ita, Greater Zurich Area, Pizzatech, Italian Tech Alliance, the Ughi and Nunziante law firm, and with the support of Yex Zurich and Alumni of Università Cattolica Sacro Cuore. The event aimed to foster connections between the Swiss and Italian innovation ecosystems, raising awareness of Italian technology within the Swiss community of innovators and entrepreneurs.
This event is part of a broader series of initiatives, such as the one held in 2024, aimed at strengthening knowledge and collaboration between the Swiss innovation ecosystem and the Italian tech businesses supported by Innovation Center.

At the event on February 6th, held at the beautiful headquarters of Google in Zurich, Innovation Center presented its services and growth support tools for startups and introduced Infinity ID, Green Future Project, and Matchplat, the three startups from its portfolio. They pitched their ideas in front of an audience of Swiss and international ecosystem players, including VC funds, accelerators, incubators, local institutions such as the Italian Consulate in Zurich, representatives of ICE and Italian Tech Alliance, founders and CFOs of selected Italian and Swiss startups and scale-ups, as well as members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland.
The data shared during the roundtable that concluded the event reveal a market that hosts entrepreneurial ventures from over seventy countries and views Italy as a diverse innovation hub full of opportunities.
