Great success for "Italian Tech: Innovation for a circular economy", the event that brought 3 startups from the Innovation Center portfolio to Zurich

On 1 February, the Italian Tech: Innovation for a circular economy event took place at the Google centre, in the heart of the city of Zurich, organized by Corrado Gaudenzi, Head of Long Term Sustainable Strategist Structure of Eurizon with the collaboration of the Chamber of Italian Commerce for Switzerland and Bocconi Alumni. The meeting, sold out in a very short time, was intended for investors, funds, business angels and Swiss corporates, interested in discovering a previously unseen side of Italy for the Swiss market: that of technological innovation, in particular in the sectors green and circular economy. The aim of Eurizon, together with its partners, was to position itself as an active asset management on the Swiss scenario in the field of technological innovation, with an eye on new circular and sustainability solutions. At the same time, we wanted to offer client and prospect companies an interesting glimpse into innovation in Italy.

Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center was invited to the meeting, which brought 3 scaleups from its portfolio to the attention of the Swiss audience: AWorld, which developed a platform and an app to spread the culture of sustainability, Enerbrain,, which develops energy efficiency systems and, iGenius, which offers a virtual consultant capable of making business data accessible.

Furthermore, the participants expressed strong appreciation for the quality and solidity of the companies presented, chosen by the Innovation Center also to demonstrate that in our country there are companies capable of competing and scaling international markets."
