Energy, Environment & Utilities - Energy and PNRR: the Green Revolution
Due to climate change and continuous tensions on the markets in particular on fossil energy sources (polluting and limited), technology is studying effective solutions to implement global energy production with renewable sources. In particular, the report explores the wind sector and the photovoltaic sector. Technological innovation has managed to combine the needs of energy production and agriculture in an important combination for the environment. Finally, those technologies are described that allow the creation and management of intelligent energy grids, which make consumers also producers, for a capillary distribution of production. Fundamental are the energy storage devices that are used to balance the peak demand from the grid and deliver energy when production is stopped due to the intrinsic characteristics of the source. In this context, hydrogen is inserted as an energy reserve element.
