New Call4Solutions for NextGeo
Fabbrica Italiana dell'Innovazione, in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, launches a new Call for Solutions in the field of the blue economy, for NEXT GEOSOLUTIONS, a global leader in marine geosciences
In November, a new call was launched in the blue economy sector and will remain open until December 20. It is open to SMEs, startups, and both italian and international spin-offs from any sector that have the potential to develop an innovative solution for NEXTGEO.
Fabbrica Italiana dell'Innovazione is an incubator, accelerator, and innovation hub operating in the Blue & Green Economy sector. In collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, it has organized the "Call for Solutions" as part of an Open Innovation program to address the Challenge launched by NEXTGEO. The goal is to select companies interested in developing, importing, testing, and validating, in collaboration with NEXTGEO, innovative systems, products, processes, and technologies in the field of the Blue Economy, specifically within the marine geosciences and offshore construction support services sectors.
In practice, the challenge involves designing an augmented reality application for the inspection of underwater infrastructures and real-time identification of targets and ordnance using ROVs.
These solutions may already be developed or still in the prototype stage, as long as they have the potential to quickly evolve into an innovative product or service.
The Call is aimed at SMEs, startups, and spin-offs willing to take on the Challenge posed by NEXTGEO and develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) through collaboration with the company, with support from the Italian Innovation Factory team and in partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center.
