Iren Startup Award: Call for Artificial Intelligence

The Iren Startup Award: Call for Artificial Intelligence has launched on October 24th, an open innovation project by the Iren Group in collaboration with the Circular Economy Lab, an initiative of the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center and Cariplo Factory.

The project's goal is to leverage the opportunities created by Artificial Intelligence to address the challenges outlined in the Iren Group's Industrial Plan. The call is directed at innovative startups and SMEs, both Italian and international, that have developed innovative projects based on AI technologies. The objective is to identify digital solutions that can be applied to the Group’s various activities to optimize business processes and promote more efficient and sustainable operations.

Iren will offer selected startups and SMEs the opportunity to present their solutions to the Group's Business Units, Corporate functions, and Top Management, with the aim of creating synergies through pilot projects, launching commercial collaborations, or obtaining investments via Corporate Venture Capital. The proposed solutions must be scalable, easily implementable and integrable, with a focus on the secure management of sensitive data in compliance with security and privacy regulations.

The application deadline is December 13, 2024. Collaboration activities with the Iren Group will begin in February 2025.
