DigithON 2023: the winning startups

The 2023 edition of DigithON, the largest Italian digital marathon for startups, has ended. “Fast-forward in the future of the ecosystem” was the theme of this startup competition now in its 8th year: four non-stop days for the most innovative startups selected to present their project directly to an audience of large national investors and international, multinationals and banks.

In addition to the actual competition, the core event of the event, DigithON was divided into moments of discussion with companies, training meetings and large events together with the protagonists of the business and institutional world, together to discuss the impact of digital on society and on the economy.

There was no shortage of in-depth moments with the main financial players and institutions dedicated this year especially to the topic of Artificial Intelligence, now more than ever at the center of the international debate.

The Support of Intesa Sanpaolo

Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, in line with its mission to support the growth of startups and encourage the development of innovative ecosystems, together with Intesa Sanpaolo, sponsor of the event, organized a panel dedicated to the theme "The life cycle of startups, advice and strategies for communicating with investors, go-to market strategy" - with Bill Barber, Innovation Manager and Startup Coach Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center - and a Traning Day, an entire free training day on "Startups and strategic thinking: key elements and effective communication".
Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, as part of the scientific committee made up of analysts from DigithON's partner companies, evaluated the 100 finalist startups nominated for the call for ideas, selecting the best business ideas that made it to the final.

The winners

• Novis Games: the Turin startup offers a gaming environment that allows developers to create modes accessible to blind and visually impaired people in their video games.

• Floaty: aims to revolutionize water purification to safeguard the ecosystem.
  Selected by Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center for a 1:1 Coaching & Advisory session with Bill Barber, aimed at analyzing the business plan and optimizing the communication of its value proposition.

• Finan-z: a financial marketplace dedicated to Generation Z.
  Awarded by Nexi for "Digitalization and Innovation".

• Guardian – Safely Around: Machine Learning system that encodes danger signals into alerts, automating the emergency call.
  Awarded by TIM.

• Recivu: offers a solution that eliminates the waste of paper receipts, allowing them to be received directly on users' smartphones and stored in an organized manner and at the same time offers personalized discounts and offers in participating stores.
  Winner of the GoBeyond Award, responsible innovation project powered by Sisal.

• Limitless: proposes an innovative model based on the use of artificial intelligence, providing innovative and fashionable medical devices to help people with disabilities.
  Award in memory of Gino Di Pace

• Involve Group: Italian provider of stratospheric flights, offering a pseudo-satellite platform for aerospace launches for test, Earth observation, telecommunications and atmospheric research missions.
  Selected by RETE MEDITERRANEA INNOVAZIONE for an acceleration path.

• AGR-E: startup that aims to reduce the environmental impact of agricultural companies by making it easier to adopt sustainable practices thanks to the support of generative artificial intelligence.
  BINP Award Winner.

• Displaid: Monitoring as a Service based on Artificial Intelligence that optimizes the management of the infrastructure network, enabling the transition towards predictive maintenance.

• Runtheons: startup that operates in the sports sector, offers new ideas and sports solutions to maximize the athlete's potential through technical support from experts.

• ADX: platform that allows companies to start a passive revenue line through affiliate marketing.
