Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center was one of the protagonists at Smau Milano 2022, which took place at MICO - Milano Convention Center, on 11 and 12 October 2022.

Smau, whose first edition was held in 1964, has become over the years one of the reference events in Italy on innovation for startups, corporate, investors and enablers that allows you to discover the news presented by over 120 startups and the most innovative Italian corporate.

Through more than 50 workshops and numerous networking events inspired by the paradigm of Open Innovation, innovative business approach based on collaboration, attention to the quality of work and environmental, Social and economic sustainability, startups and innovators are committed to providing concrete answers to the needs of innovation companies.

"From the energy transition to digital payments, from predictive maintenance to sustainable mobility: there are many challenges that companies today face, to do so, the choice will fall on those startups that are able to respond more to the concrete and urgent needs of the society." - explained Valentina Sorgato, CEO of Smau.

Finding innovative solutions to the urgent challenges of the contemporary world through collaboration startups and innovative SMEs is the direction taken above all by large organizations, but increasingly also by smaller companies.

Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center was present at SMAU with a desk dedicated to generating opportunities to meet innovative realities and corporate realities to which the activities in support of innovative Startups and SMEs and Open Innovation have been presented.

In addition to the presidium carried out with the desk, Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center participated in the working table on HR & Innovation issues, as well as contributing to the following initiatives:
