Stories of Innovation | Carlotta Santolini - Mariscadoras

Once upon a time there was Mariscadoras. Carlotta Santolini, marine biologist, tells us how the innovative startup she co-founded was born and what her goal is: to introduce the blue crab in the gastronomic tradition of our country.

It all started along the Italian coast, on the fishing boats, where Carlotta lived for three months for a scientific popularization project, to understand how climate change affected fishing.

In addition to the financial aspect, for the co-founder the strong point of the collaboration with the Innovation Center of Intesa Sanpaolo is networking: "have given me the opportunity to know other startups with which to collaborate, create events and eventually grow in our business".
