Biova Project is a startup that deals with food upcycling, with the aim of reducing waste by transforming surplus into new resources. Thanks to his participation in Italian Lifestyle 2025, he started a collaboration with Bauli.
Emanuela Barbano, Co-founder and President, strongly believes in the value of synergies between small and large companies: “What a company like ours can quickly experience is often not possible for a large company.
