Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center at SMAU in Paris
Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center's support for SMAU, the main Italian fair on innovation, startups, and networking, continues with the Paris event.

A new stop for the SMAU "roadshow," an initiative aimed at connecting the Italian innovation ecosystem with major hubs on a global scale, encouraging new collaborations, stimulating dialogue with key players, and supporting the growth of Italian companies.
Innovation Center participated in the Paris event from April 9-11. "SMAU | Italy RestartsUp in Paris," held at Station F, was the main event of the fair, designed to create a strong connection between the Italian innovation ecosystem, the Parisian hub, and the French market. This initiative provided fertile ground for meetings between Startups, Corporations, Investors, and various innovation players from Italy and France.
At the event, SMAU presented 50 Italian startups, selected to meet the needs of companies and to offer French investors and entrepreneurs a direct look at the flourishing innovation scenes in various sectors. In particular, startups in the Industry, Mobility, Retail, Smart Communities, AgriFood, and Healthcare sectors were in the spotlight.
Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center accompanied three startups from its portfolio to the event, promoting their connection with potential international business and capital partners:
- KNOBS: cutting-edge technological systems in Blockchain, IoT, mobile, and web3.
- ESGEO: platform for ESG data collection and Sustainability Reporting.
- Green Future Project: software to simplify sustainability practices and achieve Net Zero.
The intervention by Stefano Bruzzi – Head of Innovation Network Development, at the Panel "Driving Growth and Business Opportunities through Corporate Innovation" emphasized the role of Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center in supporting companies in their innovation objectives, through Open Innovation approaches, facilitating Tech-Scouting and Tech-Matching, and through advisory activities on Circular Economy.
The next international SMAU Open Innovation Club 2025 event, to be held in Stockholm from May 19-21, will also see Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center as a protagonist in supporting the growth and internationalization of three other innovative entities from its network.
